Our Portfolio
ATORI GROUP operates through a focused portfolio model, prioritising one active subsidiary at a time to ensure disciplined execution, risk control, and capital efficiency.
Active Subsidiary
Inclusive everyday food and beverage products.
Prila Foods is the Group's current priority venture. It is focused on developing and validating a dairy-free, inclusive everyday beverage through a UK-based contract manufacturing model.
The pilot phase is designed to generate technical, regulatory, and market evidence before any commercial scale-up. Every decision during this phase is driven by data, compliance requirements, and operational feasibility โ not projections or assumptions.
Pilot Objectives
Planned Ventures
The following ventures are planned for later phases and are not yet operational. Each will be launched only after core validation milestones are achieved.
Digital products and platforms developed for emerging markets. Designed to serve underserved digital needs in Nigeria, leveraging local market expertise through an international subsidiary structure.
Creative and digital media operations aligned with regional markets. This subsidiary will operate in content creation, digital publishing, or media services โ to be confirmed as part of structured planning.
Future product extensions and processing capabilities following successful validation of the Prila Foods pilot. This will extend the Group's food and consumer offering once commercial evidence is established.
Why This Structure Works
This phased approach allows ATORI GROUP to preserve capital, reduce execution risk, and build credible evidence before expanding into additional sectors or markets.
It is a model designed for durability, not velocity โ and that distinction is intentional.
Resources are not spread across multiple unvalidated ideas simultaneously โ reducing waste and protecting the Group's financial position.
One active subsidiary means focused management attention, clear accountability, and better decision-making at every stage.
Each new venture builds on real evidence from the previous phase โ not projections or assumptions โ creating a repeatable, credible model.
A disciplined, transparent structure supports relationships with regulators, partners, funders, and institutional stakeholders.
